How do I save on jars, ceramics and lids?

Choose the Per 12 (Pack of 12) option on the product page to save 10% compared with buying single units.

How long will shipping take?

Once payment is received your order is queued to be packed and shipped, and you'll receive email notifications and tracking details. Estimated courier times: VIC 2–5 business days, NSW/ACT 2–5, SA 3–5, QLD 4–10, TAS 4–10, WA 5–12, NT 6–12. These are estimates only.

How much is shipping?

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout for a shipping estimate. Freight increases incrementally with weight, so the average cost per item gets cheaper as you add more.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Pay online or cash on pickup and collect at your convenience from 39 Yale Drive, Epping VIC 3076. Please phone ahead on 03 9305 1357 so your order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?

We don't organise international shipping, but overseas customers can email hello@australianluxurycandlesupplies.com.au to set up an international account. We'll advise dimensions and weight so you can arrange your own carrier, and help with paperwork.
